Accessers. 

Accessers are the brains of the operation, using Information Dispersal Algorithms to slice and disperse your digital assets for storage onto the dsNet. Accesser software also retrieves those slices and reassembles them so they’re 100% bit perfect. Best of all, you can access the, um, accesser from your computer. Because of its iSCSI interface, it looks like just another drive on your desktop—although you and we know it’s so much more that that.

Slicestors.

If Accessers are the brains, Slicestors are the brawn, capable of storing tons of unique data slices. Slicestors offer large capacity and inexpensive scaling. And, they can be centrally located in a single data center rack or geographically distributed anywhere there’s an electrical outlet and an internet connection—the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia, you name it.

Manager.

Brains and brawn, meet conscience. Our out-of-band Manager monitors the processes and hardware components of Accessers and Slicestors, providing reporting capabilities for Storage Administrators. The Manager supports standard SNMP protocols and can report into your Network Operations process.
